7. Intellectual Property Rights
Text, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs, software, source code, images, documentation and other materials available on GreenLeafWeb.Net may belong to GREENLEAFWEB LTD or the applicable rights holder and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Such materials may not be copied, distributed, republished, commercially exploited or transferred to another website without prior written permission from GreenLeafWeb where permission is required.
Purchasing a GreenLeafWeb service or using the website does not grant ownership of or a licence to GreenLeafWeb intellectual property unless expressly stated otherwise.
All third-party logos, trademarks, and registered names displayed on our website to identify our infrastructure, technologies, or partnerships are the property of their respective owners. These materials are used solely for reference, fair use, and informational purposes, without any claim of ownership.
8. Customer Content
Customers represent that they have all rights, licences and permissions necessary for the content they host or publish through GreenLeafWeb systems.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other rights belonging to third parties.
GreenLeafWeb may take appropriate technical and legal action where required by law, by a valid court or competent authority request, because of a security incident, a serious abuse concern or a breach of these Terms.

10. Fees, Payments and Taxes
Customers are responsible for paying the applicable service fees and any taxes, charges or transaction costs that apply to their purchases.
Recurring services are normally charged in advance for the applicable service period and may renew at the applicable renewal price unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
If a payment fails, GreenLeafWeb may suspend or terminate the relevant service after providing appropriate notice where required.
Where payment is made by bank transfer, bank or payment-provider transfer fees are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
11. Unpaid Services
If a recurring service is not paid by its due date, the service may be suspended.
Following reasonable notice and any applicable operational grace period, GreenLeafWeb may terminate the service and delete relevant account data where payment remains outstanding. Customers are responsible for keeping independent backups of any data they do not wish to lose.
12. Technical Support
GreenLeafWeb aims to provide six months of free support from the date of purchase for technical errors or issues caused by the product or service itself.
Problems caused by customer modifications, custom development, incorrect configuration, third-party software or the customer's own environment may fall outside the scope of this free support.
Where necessary, a solution may involve reinstalling, reconfiguring or restoring the standard version of the relevant product or service supplied by GreenLeafWeb.
Custom development, modules, design work, integrations, migrations or technical work outside the standard service may be charged separately.
Technical support requests must be submitted through the technical support system available on the GreenLeafWeb website or customer panel.
Support requests will generally be targeted for a response within 48 hours, depending on workload and the nature of the request. This is a response target and not a guarantee of resolution within that period.
13. Domain Registration Services
By registering a domain through GreenLeafWeb, you agree to comply with the rules, policies and terms of the relevant domain registry and, where applicable, the relevant top-level domain operator.
This may include registration, renewal, transfer, WHOIS/RDAP, verification, suspension and dispute-resolution procedures applicable to the relevant domain extension.
Where GreenLeafWeb acts as a Registrar or Reseller, the ultimate registration, allocation, suspension or cancellation authority may be exercised by the relevant Registry or upstream Registrar.
For certain country-code domains, additional rules of the relevant registry or service provider may apply. Where applicable to our service model, this may include DRS.ua / Service Online LLC and other relevant registration operators.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and current contact details and completing any required domain verification procedures.
Registration, renewal, transfer and dispute policies imposed by the relevant Registry or Registrar are outside GreenLeafWeb's control and may also apply to the customer.
14. Privacy and Personal Data
Personal data processed by GreenLeafWeb is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy .
The Privacy Policy explains the applicable legal bases, purposes, disclosures, retention practices and data subject rights relating to personal data processing.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GreenLeafWeb shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the website or services.
This may include loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, reputational loss or losses caused by third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, including liability for death or personal injury, fraud or any other liability that applicable law prohibits us from limiting.
We do not intend to exclude any mandatory statutory rights of consumers, including applicable statutory standards relating to the provision of services.
16. Responsibility for Customer Content and Activities
Customers are responsible for claims made by third parties arising from their own content, accounts, websites, applications or services to the extent legally attributable to the customer.
Customers remain responsible, to the extent provided by applicable law, for losses suffered by GreenLeafWeb as a result of unlawful activity or material breach of these Terms.
17. Cancellation, Cooling-Off Rights and Refunds
Cancellation, cooling-off and refund rights may differ depending on the nature of the service and whether you are a consumer or a business customer.
For hosting, server and other digital services, where a consumer expressly asks us to begin supplying the service before the end of an applicable cancellation period, applicable consumer law may provide for payment of the proportion of the service already supplied and may affect the right to cancel once the service has been fully performed.
Where GreenLeafWeb suspends or terminates a service because of the customer's breach of these Terms, a refund may not be available to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Domain registrations, third-party licences, custom development, configuration services or services already consumed may have limited refund options depending on the nature of the service and applicable law.
Nothing in this section removes any mandatory cancellation, refund, service-quality or other statutory rights that apply to consumers.
18. Force Majeure
Events outside a party's reasonable control that materially prevent performance may constitute Force Majeure.
This may include natural disasters, fires, floods, war, civil war, riots, pandemics, strikes, lockouts, power failures, Internet or telecommunications failures, data-centre failures, major network attacks and actions of competent authorities.
Affected obligations may be suspended for the duration and to the extent reasonably affected by the Force Majeure event.
19. Changes to These Terms
GreenLeafWeb may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
Where changes materially affect an ongoing subscription or service contract, we will provide notice to the extent required by applicable law and the relevant agreement.
20. Notices and Electronic Communications
Operational notices, account notifications, invoices, security communications and notices relating to contractual changes may be sent through the customer's account, customer panel or the contact details provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for keeping their contact and account information up to date.
21. Entire Agreement and Severability
If any provision of these Terms becomes invalid, unlawful or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with the relevant order, quotation, service plan and any documents expressly incorporated by reference, form the agreement applicable to the relevant service.
22. Records and Electronic Evidence
Order records, payment records, support tickets, server and security logs, electronic communications and other business records generated in connection with the services may be used, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to verify transactions and service usage.
Electronic records maintained by GreenLeafWeb may be relied upon as evidence of relevant transactions and service activity to the extent permitted by applicable law.
23. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Subject to applicable law, the parties agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Nothing in this clause prevents consumers from relying on mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional protections available to them under applicable law.
